ShipCelero helps merchants create and manage shipping labels across supported ecommerce platforms. Billing may depend on the platform, carrier setup, and the type of shipping service used.

Shopify merchants

ShipCelero facilitates shipping label creation and carrier booking on behalf of merchants. Any service charges associated with this are shipping-related service fees, not app subscription fees.

ShipCelero is free to install from the Shopify App Store. There is no app subscription fee, no app access fee, and no charge for using ShipCelero app features.

ShipCelero does not charge Shopify merchants outside Shopify for app access, app subscriptions, or app features.

Postage and carrier costs are billed directly by the carrier to the merchant — not by ShipCelero. With Danish carriers, a charge from the carrier typically occurs only after the merchant has dropped off the package, not at the point of booking.

ShipCelero may charge merchants for access to the carrier booking, label generation, and shipment tracking platform. These are service charges for the shipping management layer — not charges for the labels or postage themselves.

Shopify Billing API exemption: Shopify has indicated that charges for shipping-related services qualify for an exemption from the Shopify Billing API requirement, and that an exemption will be submitted on behalf of ShipCelero. This exemption process is in progress as part of the Shopify App Store review.

WooCommerce merchants

WooCommerce merchants may use ShipCelero to create and manage shipping labels directly from their WooCommerce store.

Shipping label, postage, carrier, and related shipping service charges may be billed separately from the WooCommerce platform or any WooCommerce subscription the merchant holds.

Any platform-specific billing terms and applicable charges will be shown clearly before the merchant uses a paid shipping service.

Other platforms and direct integrations

For other integrations, billing may depend on the carrier agreement, platform integration, and merchant setup.

ShipCelero will clearly display applicable shipping label or postage charges before the merchant purchases a label, regardless of the integration type.
